The Future Innovators of America has the goal of exposing and assisting as many people as possible with the concepts of innovation, entrepreneurship, collaboration, and creativity while still in high school in order to form innovative products and companies. We seek to allow anyone with innovative ideas to speak their minds. Everyone is unique, and diverse interests help contribute to innovation. We will help expose members to the types of people they would have to accommodate to in the modern market. We will give students the opportunity to watch as their dreams become realities right in front of their eyes.
We will accomplish these goals through a two tiered process. To start, all members will be involved in what we call “base projects”, smaller scale ideas that can be easily started and scaled. Ideas such as selling custom t-shirts for your school, or starting a farmers market in your community. This will enable members to gain invaluable business and entrepreneurial skills that will help students achieve the next step.
The second step is for members who have successfully completed two base projects and have made at least $2,500 for their branch. This stage is for large scale ideas, ideas that require significant capital investment, connections, industry knowledge, or other resources. We will provide members with access to a deep mentor network, and we will work with members to facilitate starting their new innovative company.
Ultimately, it is our goal to teach essential entrepreneurial skills that encourage young students to start the next cadre of innovative companies that will change the world, reliably.
